To date i have not made any worth while gains. Over enthusiasm was not helping i went in a bit too hard as if i am still in my early twenties, this caused me to suffer a major set back due to injuries to both calf and once to my hamstring. I have now settled down going at a far more moderate pace. Also i need to pay attention to proper stretching of the muscles before i expose them to all that hard work so as to ensure the less likelihood of injuries. I have been trying to adopt to a diet that will ensure that i will achieve the goals that i had set out but that is proving to be rather difficult.
