I have decided (finally) to seriously embark on some, body toning, weight loss and fitness exercise. With one of my main goal being, achieving that much sort after hard to get “six pack”. Now if this isn’t a journey then nothing is, at my age you either have it or you don’t, now me being on the (obvious) ship of the latter i will be seeking the encouragement of the cheering gallery in completing this goal advice will be much appreciated.
So far in my first week i have weighed in at 191lbs/86kg (i am 5′ 8″ or 152cm). I intend to lose 25lbs/11kg and must be able to run 6Km in 25 min.
So the journey begins………

I am behind you 1000%, i need to get back on track, even though i am excercising my eating habits has gone bad again…..anyway, i think i have gotten myself back on track…….lets keep each other on track
